How to Save a Life

TL;DR: Learn basic, hands-only, CPR. This is the single best thing we can all do to help save a life.

The safest place to have a heart attack — at least in the United States — is a casino. The two main reasons for that are that the entire staff is trained in CPR, and secondly, those are heavily monitored spaces.

Therefore, if someone looks unwell they are quickly spotted, which decreases reaction time to a life-saving margin until they receive CPR before being transported to a hospital.

Although spoiled, this episode does a great job in storytelling which is very worthwhile.
