Before the contemporary social media landscape emerged as a toxic cesspool these tools were bringing people together with intriguing, mundane, and simple content.
In particular, early YouTube is perhaps the most nostalgic transformation. Before our attention spans had been simmered and evaporated, you were much more likely to find the type of content I described.
This is not to say this content isn’t out there still, the people yearn for it. We are saturated and have an appetite for simpler content. One such example popped up on my feed, which you can watch below.
