David Bailey Ross uses an intriguing water colouring technique, captivating the viewer into deciphering the shapes and forms composing each headshot.
The paintings draw inspiration from fetish and BDSM cultures. The forms in the paintings range from realistic to more abstract, drawing on our facial pareidolia. You can read more here.
Brick Textile by Natural Material Studio
Natural Material Studio and designer Zuzanna Skurka have collaborated to create a textile made of surplus brick that was exhibited at Milan Design Week. The pulverised brick is bonded together by a natural compostable bioplastic material. More here.
