New York Times Outerwear Feature
I recently came across this NYTimes feature which has some stunning photographs by Michael Hauptman featuring light and floaty outerwear styling by Sasha Kelly. I really love the concept and execution that highlights the flailing and puffy characteristics of the outfits.
Atomik Architecture Strike Ballot
Highlighting issues regarding working conditions in architecture, Atomik Architecture in London may become the first private architecture firm to have its unionised employees vote to go on strike.
The New York based photographer documents his time working in a marijuana farm in California. The soft-toned and enticing photographs have been compiled into a zine called Schedule I.
Fashion
The designer’s much anticipated entrance into the ready-to-wear menswear market has debut in his latest Spring/Summer collection featuring his well-known and highly detailed tailoring.
Art
While browsing the photography section at the local bookstore I came across Wolfgang Tillmans’s compilation published by Taschen. On the same day I came across this NYTimes article reviewing his recent exhibit at the MoMA. His work is beautiful and you’re likely familiar with it, he’s the one who photographed Frank Ocean for the Blonde album.
